
Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, sliced 

1 banana, sliced 

1 kiwi, sliced 

1 cup seedless grapes 

1 orange or mandarin, peeled & segmented 

½ cup blueberries 

1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for thicker creaminess) 

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
(optional)

A few fresh mint leaves
(for garnish)

Instructions:
Prepare the Fruits – Wash, peel, and slice all fruits into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Creamy Base – In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and honey until smooth.
Layer the Salad – In a large serving bowl, add a layer of creamy yogurt at the bottom. Add fruit slices in sections for a colorful presentation.
Mix or Leave Layered – You can gently fold everything together for a creamy blend or leave layered for a pretty look.
Garnish & Serve – Top with fresh mint leaves and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes before serving.
