Creamy Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup seedless grapes (red & green)
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 apple, chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (or Greek yogurt for extra creaminess)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to keep bananas fresh)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fruit:

Wash and chop all fruits into bite-sized pieces.

Toss banana slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.

2. Mix the dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt and honey/maple syrup until smooth.

3. Combine:

Gently fold the dressing into the fruit mixture until evenly coated.

4. Chill & Serve:

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
