Creamy Feta & Herb Spread with Pita Crisps

Ingredients
For the Feta & Herb Spread:

200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, chives, or mint)

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Pita Crisps:

2 pita breads, cut into triangles

1 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp dried oregano or za’atar

Pinch of salt

Directions
Make the Feta Spread:
In a food processor, blend feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth and creamy. Stir in chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill until ready to serve.

Prepare the Pita Crisps:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Toss pita triangles with olive oil, oregano (or za’atar), and a pinch of salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.

Serve:
Spoon the creamy feta spread into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with extra herbs if desired. Serve with warm or cooled pita crisps.
