INGREDIENTS: FOR THE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • Whipped cream
  • Sliced bananas

1st Step – Preheat the Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

 

2nd Step –

Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan, using the back of a spoon or your fingers to create an even crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside to cool.

3rd Step –

Make the Cheesecake Filling:
