Ingredients:
For the Cream Layer:
500 ml (2 cups) cold milk
2 packs (approx. 100 g total) instant vanilla pudding mix
200 ml (¾ cup) heavy cream (whipped)
250 g (1 cup) cream cheese (softened)
½ cup powdered sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:
200 g (7 oz) dark or semi-sweet chocolate (chopped)
200 ml (¾–1 cup) heavy cream
Instructions:
Make the Cream Layer:
In a large bowl, whisk together the cold milk and vanilla pudding mix until it thickens.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the cream cheese mixture and the whipped heavy cream into the pudding until smooth and fully combined.
Layer the Cream:
Pour and spread the cream mixture evenly into a rectangular or round dish (like in the image).
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Make the Ganache:
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan or microwave until just about to boil.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
Top with Ganache:
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream layer and gently spread it evenly.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) until fully set.
Serve:
Slice and enjoy chilled. Clean cuts give a beautiful layered look like in the picture!
