For the Pasta Bake:
Cooked rotini pasta
Chicken breast, cooked and cubed
Marinara or tomato sauce
Garlic, minced
Olive oil
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese, grated
Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions:
Sauté garlic in olive oil, add chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Stir in tomato sauce and cooked pasta, mix well. Transfer to a baking dish or skillet, top generously with mozzarella and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Bake until bubbly and golden.
