Ingredients:
1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dill, and lemon juice.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated with mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Serve cold on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
