Ingredients
For the Fluff Base:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup whole milk
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Blue gel food coloring (adjust to desired color)
Mix-Ins:
1 cup crushed Oreos
1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies
For Garnish:
Extra crushed cookies
Mini Oreos & mini chocolate chip cookies
Whipped cream
Instructions
Step 1: Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
In another large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

Step 3: Make the Pudding Base
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix until it thickens (about 2 minutes). Add this to the cream cheese mixture, beating until smooth.

Step 4: Add the Blue Color & Fold in Whipped Cream
Stir in blue gel food coloring, a few drops at a time, until you achieve a vibrant Cookie Monster blue. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined—be careful not to overmix to keep it fluffy.

Step 5: Add the Cookie Crumbles
Gently fold in the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Step 6: Chill & Serve
Transfer the fluff to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) to enhance the flavors and texture.

Step 7: Garnish & Enjoy
Before serving, top with extra crushed cookies, mini Oreos, mini chocolate chip cookies, and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve chilled and enjoy every cookie-packed bite!
