  • 200g (7 oz) fresh cheese (like ricotta or goat cheese) 
  • Salt & pepper to taste 

For the crumble topping:

  • 60g (1/2 cup) all-purpose flour 
  • 60g (1/2 cup) breadcrumbs 
  • 50g (1/4 cup) cold butter, cubed 
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 
  • A handful of fresh herbs (thyme, basil, or parsley), chopped 
  • Salt & pepper to taste
