Soft, golden, and dripping with icing—this breakfast mashup is everything you love about cinnamon rolls and French toast in one bite-sized delight.

1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Optional Toppings:
Reserved cinnamon roll icing
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar

Prep the rolls:
Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each one into 4 bite-sized pieces. Set the included icing aside.
Make the custard:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Dip to coat:
Dunk each cinnamon roll piece into the custard, fully coating all sides.
Cook the bites:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the coated bites in a single layer. Sauté for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp on the edges.
Serve and top:
Plate the warm bites and drizzle with reserved icing, maple syrup, or a dusting of powdered sugar.
