Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chutney (sweet or spicy)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chutney, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the cooked chicken and rice, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
