CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS.
1 cup condensed milk
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream (whipping cream)
+ PREPARATION METHOD.
– In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and condensed milk. Beat with a mixer until well mixed and slightly foamy.
– Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
– Pour the mixture into an airtight container or ice cream mold.
– Place the container in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.
– Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to make it easier to scoop.
– Serve in cones or cups and enjoy.
