Chicken Tacos

Ingredients:

•1lb ground chicken

•taco seasoning (homemade, packet, or my new fav Flavor Taco Tuesday)

•lettuce leaves (I prefer and used Romaine)

•toppings of choice (I used some shredded cheese, sour cream, Frank’s hot sauce, and chopped pickled jalapeños)

Description:

Wash your lettuce leaves and break off a few inches of the bottoms. Lay them flat on a layer of paper towels and place another layer of paper towels on top. (If you’re making for more than just yourself, continue that process). Gently press them to help dry the leaves off.

Brown your ground chicken in a skillet. If you’re using the Flavor God seasoning I suggest using a generous amount right at the start and let that flavor really cool right in. I don’t know drain them I just cook until any liquid is cooked off.

If using homemade or packet, do it how you normally would.

Place lettuce leaves on plate, scoop some meat into them and top with your fav toppings. And last but not least, enjoy!
