Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls
These tasty crescent rolls filled with creamy chicken are perfect for an appetizer or main dish!
Ingredients:
1 (8 oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 ½ cups cooked chicken, shredded
4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions: Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare Filling:
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined. Unroll Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Stuff and Roll:
Place 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and tuck in the sides. Bake:
Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve:
Serve warm and enjoy as an appetizer or main dish!
Notes:
Add diced jalapeños or herbs to the filling for a flavor twist.
Serve with a side of marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
