Chicken, Mango, and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
• Shredded chicken
• Diced mango
• Diced avocado
• Chopped red onion
• Cherry tomatoes
• Mixed lettuce
• Chopped cilantro
• Pecans (optional)
Dressing:
• Olive oil
• Lemon juice
• Honey
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix the chicken, mango, avocado, onion, and cherry tomatoes in a bowl.
2. Prepare the dressing by combining olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss well.
4. Serve over a bed of mixed lettuce.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and pecans.
