 Ingredients

Ingredient Amount
Shredded cooked chicken 3 cups
Cream of chicken soup 2 cans (10.5 oz each)
Cooked and crumbled bacon ¼ cup
Sour cream 1 ½ cups
Ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
Shredded sharp cheese About half a bag
Junior biscuits (refrigerated) 12 oz

‍ How to Make It

1. Prep the Chicken
If not using rotisserie or pre-cooked chicken, boil chicken until fully cooked, then shred.

2. Mix the Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, bacon, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

3. Add Cheese
Fold in about half the bag of shredded sharp cheese.

4. Prep the Biscuits
Cut each biscuit into quarters for easier mixing and even baking.

5. Fold Biscuits Into the Mixture
Gently mix the biscuit pieces into the creamy chicken mixture, being careful not to overwork the dough.

6. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

7. Prepare the Casserole Dish
Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray or brush with olive oil.
