Chicken Bell Pepper Ranch Burritos
Juicy chicken, crunchy peppers, creamy ranch, and melty cheese all wrapped in a soft tortilla—these burritos are packed with flavor and ready in minutes! Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)
½ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or preferred blend)
4 large flour tortillas
1 can black beans, drained (optional)
½ cup corn (optional)
Salt & pepper, to taste Directions
Mix the Filling
In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, ranch dressing, cheese, black beans, and corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Prep the Tortillas
Warm the tortillas slightly in the microwave (10–15 seconds) or on a skillet to make them more flexible for rolling.
Assemble the Burritos
Spoon a generous portion of filling into the center of each tortilla. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
Optional Bake
For melty, crispy burritos:
Place seam-side down in a baking dish
Sprinkle with extra cheese
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes
