Chicken Bacon Ranch Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- Butter for grilling
Instructions:
1. Combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place two slices of bread butter-side down.
4. Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bread in the skillet.
5. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
6. Grill until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once.
7. Slice and serve while warm!
