Chicken Avocado Protein Bowl
This nutrient-packed bowl combines juicy shredded chicken, creamy avocado, fresh veggies, and soft-boiled eggs. Perfect for a low-carb lunch or post-workout fuel!

- 1 cup cooked, shredded or chopped chicken breast (grilled or roasted)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced or cubed
- 1–2 soft-boiled or hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt, pepper, and dried herbs (oregano or Italian seasoning)
- Optional: olive oil drizzle or vinaigrette for dressing

1️⃣ Cook the Eggs
Boil eggs for 6–7 minutes for soft yolks or 9 minutes for hard. Chill in cold water, peel, and set aside.
2️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
Place lettuce as the base. Top with shredded chicken, avocado slices, and halved cherry tomatoes.
3️⃣ Add the Eggs
Place peeled boiled eggs on the side of the bowl. Cut in half if desired.
4️⃣ Season and Finish
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs over the bowl. Drizzle with a touch of olive oil or your favorite dressing.
