Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

24 white button mushrooms
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb bacon, cooked and diced
4 oz diced jalapeños, drained
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
