Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crispiness)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Mix the Ingredients:
