Ingredients:
- – 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- – 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
- – 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- – 3 tablespoons butter
- – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- – 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- – 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- – Salt and pepper to taste
- – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- – Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
