Introduction

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 250 g (9 oz) pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried parsley or 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and lightly grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Shape the dough into a rectangle, about 1 cm (½ inch) thick, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Make garlic butter by mixing melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Brush evenly over the dough.
  4. Top with cheese — sprinkle mozzarella evenly, add Parmesan if using, and finish with oregano and parsley.
