Ingredients:
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped 

1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen) 

1/2 banana

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein) 

1/2 cup orange juice 

1/2 cup water (or coconut water for extra hydration) 

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness) 

Ice cubes (optional, if you want a colder smoothie) 

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the carrot into small pieces to make it easier to blend. 

If you’re using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks

2. Blend the Smoothie:
In a blender, combine the chopped carrot, pineapple chunks, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and water.
Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you like a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
3. Taste and Adjust:
Taste the smoothie, and if you want it sweeter, add a little more honey or syrup. If it’s too thick, add a bit more water or juice to reach your desired consistency.
4. Serve:
