INGREDIENTS:
1 liter of milk
7 egg yolks or units
150 grams of sugar (3⁄4 cup)
5 milliliters of vanilla essence
For the caramel:
100 grams of sugar (1⁄2 cup)
20 milliliters of caramel
PREPARATION:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until sugar is completely dissolved.
2. Boil the milk and immediately add it to the mixture, without stopping stirring.
3. In a saucepan, put the sugar with the water, without stirring, until you get a caramel. Constantly move the frying pan to avoid burning.
4. Add the caramel into the mold, and quickly dilate it over the entire base of the mold.
5. Pour the flan mixture into the molds, bake and bake at 170°C for 45 minutes.
6. After this weather, let cool at room temperature for 2 hours, gently roll out the caramel flan. Keep in the fridge.
