
Ingredients
For the cone:
4 waffle cones
For the ice cream layers:
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 scoops cookies & cream or chocolate chip ice cream
2–3 swirls of soft serve (or whipped cream if no soft serve machine)
For toppings:
2 chocolate bars/pieces (KitKat, Galaxy, or similar)
3 tbsp caramel sauce
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
Golden sugar crystals, honeycomb bits, or crushed caramel candy
Optional: chopped nuts for crunch
Instructions
Prepare the cone
Use a sturdy waffle cone. For extra strength, dip the rim in melted chocolate and let it harden.
Layer the ice cream
Place one scoop of cookies & cream (or chocolate chip) into the cone.
Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
Pipe or swirl soft serve (or whipped cream) on the very top to create that tall, creamy peak.
Decorate with toppings
Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce generously over the ice cream.
Insert chocolate bar pieces on each side.
Sprinkle golden sugar crystals, honeycomb bits, or crushed caramel over the top.
Serve immediately
Best enjoyed fresh before it melts!
