Cabbage with eggs tastes better than meat! Why didn’t I know about this cabbage before!
Ingredients
150 g cabbage, finely chopped
Hot water & cold water (for soaking cabbage)
15 g green onion, finely sliced
6 eggs
1/6 tsp black pepper
1/3 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Cabbage
Finely chop the cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
Pour hot water over the cabbage and stir gently.
After a few minutes, drain and transfer to cold water.
Squeeze out excess liquid, then chop the cabbage again into finer pieces.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Slice the green onions.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cabbage with 6 eggs.
Season with black pepper, chili powder, and salt.
Stir everything well until evenly combined.
Step 3: Cook the Egg Roll
Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1 tbsp oil.
Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the hot pan.
Cook on low heat, rolling the egg gently with a spoon as it sets.
Keep adding thin layers of the mixture, rolling each one until all the batter is used.
Step 4: Finish & Serve
Once you have a rolled omelet, move it to the pan’s edge for easier handling.
Fry each side for about 30 seconds so it cooks through evenly.
Remove, let cool slightly, and cut into bite-sized slices.
Serve warm as a quick, tasty lunch or dinner.
