Cabbage Patties Recipe
Ingredients:
- Cabbage: 2 cups (150g), finely shredded
- Egg: 1 large
- All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup (60g)
- Grated cheese (optional): 1/4 cup (30g)
- Onion: 1 small (50g), finely chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Salt: To taste
- Pepper: To taste
- Olive oil or vegetable oil: For frying
Directions:
Mix Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, egg, flour, grated cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Form Patties:
Shape the mixture into palm-sized patties. Add a bit more flour if the mixture is too loose.
Heat Oil:
Preheat a skillet over medium heat with oil.
Fry Patties:
Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve:
Serve with a yogurt dip, sour cream, or your favorite sauce
