Cabbage Patties Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Cabbage: 2 cups (150g), finely shredded
  • Egg: 1 large
  • All-purpose flour: 1/2 cup (60g)
  • Grated cheese (optional): 1/4 cup (30g)
  • Onion: 1 small (50g), finely chopped
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt: To taste
  • Pepper: To taste
  • Olive oil or vegetable oil: For frying

Directions:

Mix Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, egg, flour, grated cheese, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

 

Form Patties:

Shape the mixture into palm-sized patties. Add a bit more flour if the mixture is too loose.

Heat Oil:

Preheat a skillet over medium heat with oil.

Fry Patties:

Fry the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

 

Serve:

Serve with a yogurt dip, sour cream, or your favorite sauce
