Burrata & Feta Flatbread Duo
Ingredients:
- Flatbread (2 pieces)
- Olive oil
- 1 ball burrata
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- Cherry tomatoes
- Kalamata olives
- Red onion
- Fresh basil & oregano
- Optional: balsamic glaze, chili flakes, lemon zest
Instructions:
1. Brush flatbreads with olive oil.
2. Burrata Flatbread: Add cherry tomatoes → bake 8–10 min at 400°F → top with burrata, basil, chili flakes.
3. Feta Flatbread: Add feta, olives, onion → bake 8–10 min → finish with oregano & lemon zest.
4. Serve warm. Drizzle more olive oil or balsamic if desired.
