Ingredients:
For the Cake:
250 grams all-purpose flour
200 grams granulated sugar
200 grams unsalted butter, room temperature
4 large eggs (approximately 200 grams)
120 milliliters milk (approximately 120 grams)
10 grams baking powder
5 grams vanilla extract
2 grams salt
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
100 grams dark chocolate
For the Decorations:
50 grams powdered sugar
2 whole strawberries (approximately 30 grams)
Instructions:
1.Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
2.Prepare the Cake Batter:
-In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
-Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
-In another bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
3.Bake the Cake:
-Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
-Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
4.Prepare the Chocolate Drizzle:
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or over a double boiler.
5.Decorate the Cake:
-Once the cake is completely cooled, drizzle the melted chocolate over the top.
-Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
-Garnish with fresh strawberries.
