2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
2 tbsp ranch dressing
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)

Mix Filling:
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. Stir in shredded chicken and green onions (and celery, if using) until fully combined.
Assemble Wraps:
Lay out the tortillas and spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over each, leaving a small border around the edges.
Roll & Chill:
Roll each tortilla up tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to firm up.
