Best Garlic Cheese Fingers Recipe
These cheesy, garlicky fingers are crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and loaded with gooey melted cheese! Perfect for dipping in marinara or ranch. Your taste buds will thank you!
Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into a circle or rectangle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix the melted butter and minced garlic, then brush it all over the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top. Add oregano for extra flavor.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and slice into fingers.
Serve hot with marinara, ranch, or garlic butter for dipping
