Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
* 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
* 1/2 banana
* 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
* 1/4 cup milk
* 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
* Handful of ice
Instructions:
* Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
* Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Optional toppings:
* Granola
* Nuts
* Fresh berries
