Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk or almond milk
1 tbsp honey (optional)
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Add the banana, berries, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Toss in the ice cubes and blend again for a chilled texture.
Pour into a glass, garnish with a few berries, and enjoy!
