Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 

1 small onion, chopped 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

1 tsp chili powder 

1/2 tsp cumin 

Salt and black pepper to taste 

1/2 cup tomato sauce 

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) 

4 large flour tortillas 

2 tbsp olive oil 

Fresh cilantro for garnish 

Hot sauce (optional) 

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Filling:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned. 





Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. 



2. Assemble the Burritos:
Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese. 



Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
3. Cook the Burritos:
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. 



4. Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
