Banana Nut Ice Cream

Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
¾ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
Whisk together cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and mashed bananas until smooth.
Pour into an ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.
Add chopped walnuts during the last 5 minutes of churning.
Freeze for 4 hours.
Notes:
Toast the walnuts for extra flavor.
Add a drizzle of caramel or chocolate sauce before serving.
