Banana Lemon Juice Recipe
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1–2 teaspoons honey or sugar (optional, to taste)

1 cup cold water (or chilled milk for a creamier version)

Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:

Peel and slice the bananas.

Add the banana slices, lemon juice, and sweetener into a blender.

Pour in the cold water (or milk).

Blend until smooth and frothy.

Pour into a glass. Add ice cubes if desired.

Serve immediately to prevent discoloration from oxidation.
