Banana Avocado Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds depth)

A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

½ cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)

1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender.
