Banana Avocado Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for extra creaminess)

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, etc.)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds depth)

  • A pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional)

  • ½ cup ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)

✅ Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)

  • 1 scoop protein powder (for an extra protein boost)

  • Handful of spinach (for extra greens)


Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (30–60 seconds).

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed (add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more banana/avocado for thickness).

  4. Serve immediately, optionally topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon or seeds.


Tips:
