- 4 peeled bananas
- 1 cup (240 ml/8 fl oz) water
- 2 tablespoons 50% cocoa powder
Place the bananas and water in a blender. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, uniform mixture is achieved. When all of the ingredients are properly blended, add the cocoa powder and blend once more. Transfer the blended mixture into a saucepan and gently heat it over low heat. Stir constantly until it starts to boil, about 5 minutes. Pour the chocolate mixture into a greased cake pan, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for two to three hours. When the dessert is cold, remove it from the refrigerator, remove it from the mold, and serve.
