Banana Almond Smoothie Recipe
✅ Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas (peeled)

10–12 raw almonds (soaked overnight or at least 4 hours)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond milk)

½ cup plain yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

4–5 ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:

Prep Almonds:
If using raw almonds, soak them in water overnight. Drain before using. Soaked almonds blend smoother and are easier to digest. -
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine:-
Bananas

Soaked almonds
-
Milk
-
Yogurt (if using)

Honey/maple syrup (if using)
-
Vanilla extract (optional)
-
Ice cubes
-

Blend Until Smooth:
Blend on high speed for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is creamy and smooth. -
Taste & Adjust:
Taste and add more sweetener or milk if needed to adjust the thickness and sweetness. -
Serve Immediately:
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy chilled. Optionally, garnish with sliced almonds or banana slices.
