Ingredients: QUANTITY OF INGREDIENTS

  • Eggroll liners 12 (7 inches)
  • 12 pieces of thinly sliced honey chicken
  • Mozzarella sticks (brand Andrew and Everett is advised)
  • Twelve Olive Oil as required
  • Salt with garlic as needed

Directions:

  1. Turn the oven on to 350°F. Use parchment paper to line a baking sheet.
  2. Place a slice of chicken in the center of a diamond-shaped eggroll wrap that has been laid down.
  3. Put one stick of mozzarella in the center of the chicken. To form an eggroll, fold the sides of the wrapper over the cheese and roll the whole thing up. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Lightly coat each stick with olive oil and season with salt (garlic) to taste.
