Baked Cabbage with Cheese & Sauce

Ingredients:

  • Thick cabbage slices or wedges
  • Creamy sauce (e.g. spicy mayo, peanut sauce)
  • Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh herbs (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place cabbage slices on a baking tray.

3. Spread sauce on top.

4. Season with salt & pepper.

5. Add cheese generously.

6. Bake 20–25 min, until tender and golden.

7. Garnish with herbs & serve warm.
