Ingredients:

 

  • 2 ripe avocados (diced)
  • 3 ripe kiwis (peeled and sliced)
  • 4 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, or arugula)
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds (optional for garnish)

For the Dressing:

 

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

 

Instructions:

 

Prepare the Salad Base:
