Apricot Almond Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 pounds ripe apricots – pitted and chopped
1 cup sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
Sliced almonds for garnish
Directions:
Prepare apricots as with peaches, blending them with creams. Add almond extract, and freeze. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top when serving.
