I like to use tart apples like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
Be sure to spray the loaf pan well or use a piece of parchment paper.
Your baking time can vary slightly depending on the type of apples you use always check that its done when a toothpick that comes out clean.
If your loaf starts to brown too quickly place a piece of aluminum foil on top to protect it.
If the glaze is to thick add a little more milk if its to thin add a little more powdered sugar.
