Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale, stems removed
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 banana (optional, for added sweetness and creaminess)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)
Instructions:
- Place the kale, apple, and banana (if using) in a blender.
- Add the almond milk and blend until smooth.
- If desired, add the almond butter and sweetener, then blend again until well combined.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend once more.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
