Apple And Kale Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kale, stems removed
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 banana (optional, for added sweetness and creaminess)
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Place the kale, apple, and banana (if using) in a blender.
  2. Add the almond milk and blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, add the almond butter and sweetener, then blend again until well combined.
  4. Add ice cubes if you prefer a colder smoothie and blend once more.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
