ANTI-OXIDANT BERRY BLAST BOOST

Ingredients
– 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) – fresh or frozen
– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1/3 cup greek yoghurt
– 2 pitted dates
– 1/2 cup baby spinach
– 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds
– 1 teaspoon honey, optional
– ice cubes

Preparation
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
