1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
1 large mango, peeled and diced
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Ice cubes (as needed for desired consistency)
Fresh pineapple wedges and mint leaves, for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine the pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, honey (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using).
