Air Fryer Cheesy Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
3–4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into thick slices or rounds)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
Prep the Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-inch thick rounds.
Parboil them in salted water for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender but not mushy.
Drain and pat dry.
Season:
Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Air Fry:
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until lightly golden and crispy.
Add Cheese:
Top each slice with a generous pinch of shredded cheese.
Return to air fryer for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and slightly browned.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
