Start by selecting an assortment of fruits such as watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, pineapple, and mango. Dice the fruits into small pieces and, in a large pitcher or bowl, combine them with 8 cups of cold water. Add the juice of 2-3 limes and sweeten to taste with sugar or agave syrup, stirring until dissolved. For extra flavor, add a splash of orange juice
Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve over ice, garnished with extra fruit pieces or lime wedges.
